Luxury Villa Being Built for Artsakh President on the Shores of Lake Sevan

A luxury villa is being constructed on the shores of Lake Sevan by Arman Hakobjanian, chairman of the board of directors of 'Kapavor' LLC, adjacent to the lavish residence of Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan, reports Aravot.am.

It is worth noting that Arman Hakobjanian is the son of the former Minister of Urban Development of Artsakh. We attempted to obtain a comment regarding Arayik Harutyunyan's villa from his spokesperson, Lusine Avanesyan, but she did not respond to our calls or written inquiries.

As for the villa being built by the chairman of 'Kapavor' LLC, the company's spokesperson Narek Sahakyan refrained from commenting.

The villas are being constructed in the administrative area of the village of Draxitik in the Shorja community, on land belonging to the 'Sevan' National Park.
