“Our compatriots often raise questions about what route Artsakh will have for land connection with the motherland after the handover of Berdzor and Agavno, as well as the existing road in the Lachin corridor. In the map below, I have detailed how the new route will pass if the Berdzor road is handed over on August 25.

The road that is already constructed is marked in red, starting near the Agavno River, passing through the villages of Hinshen and Metsashen, reaching Lisagor, and connecting to the main highway. The blue line indicates a 3-4 km dirt road that will operate temporarily until the main road to Kornidzor is completed. The orange line shows the main road from the bridge near the Agavno River to Kornidzor village, which has not yet been constructed, but construction work is set to begin.
