Complaint: 'I went for a gas cylinder inspection, they demanded 12,000 AMD, stamped it, and... that was it.'
Facebook user Mesrop Arakelyan wrote on his page: “Today I went for the inspection of the liquid gas cylinder of my car. First, they told me, ‘Hey buddy, do you have your technical passport?’ Then they told me to go up to the third floor, through the left door. I ascended and was asked for the technical passport and a photo of the cylinder taken with my phone. They entered my details into the computer, demanded 12,000 AMD, received the payment, stamped it, and... that was it.
I asked, ‘But what about the inspection?’ The response I got was ridiculous; some guy with a yellow device resembling a toy remote control, in their language, called a PULT, just glanced at the thickness of the cylinder walls. The miraculous device was taken under the cylinder and declared the verdict: ‘Buddy, your cylinder is good, you can drive it.’ Yup. The Italians have been clever, built factories, and produce cylinders, which can be inspected in any random garage in cosmic Armenia. Stupid fools... So here’s the message to those shaping the law, those proposing and adopting the laws... it’s clear, right, what exactly I think of you.”
It should be reminded that according to the law, as of August 1, gas cylinders without a certificate will not be filled.
