Heavy rains are drowning Seoul. Seven people have already been reported dead, and six others are missing.
The capital of South Korea has experienced the strongest rainfall in the past 80 years, flooding homes, roads, and subway stations, with some areas losing power, according to local media reports. There are also warnings of potential landslides.
