Temperature Will Rise

Attention: A high fire hazard situation will persist in the foothills of Aragatsotn, Kotayk, Vayots Dzor, and the Ararat plain.

In the territory of the Republic, a brief rain is expected in certain regions during the day on August 9 and at night on the 10th. From August 10 to 14, dry weather is anticipated.

The wind will blow from the southeast at 2-5 m/s. In the foothills of Aragatsotn, Kotayk, and in Armavir, an intensification of the wind is expected during the evening hours, reaching 15-20 m/s.

The air temperature will gradually increase by 5-6 degrees in most regions from August 11 to 14. On August 13-14, an increase of 4-5 degrees is expected in Lori, Tavush, Syunik, and Artsakh.

In Yerevan, from August 9 during the day and from the 10th to the 14th, dry weather is expected. In the evening hours and during thunderstorms, the wind is expected to intensify at a speed of 15-20 m/s.
