Is a Luxury Villa Being Built for the President of Artsakh on the Shores of Lake Sevan?

On the shores of Lake Sevan, a luxurious villa is being constructed by Arman Hakobjanian, the chairman of the board of the "Kapavor" LLC, adjacent to the opulent residence of Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan, reports Aravot.am, citing its sources.

It is worth mentioning that Arman Hakobjanian is the son of the former Minister of Urban Development of Artsakh. We attempted to obtain a comment regarding Arayik Harutyunyan's residence from his spokesperson, Lusine Avanesyan, but she did not respond to our calls and written inquiries.

As for the villa being built by the chairman of "Kapavor" LLC, the company's spokesperson Narek Sahakyan also refrained from commenting.

The villas are being constructed in the administrative territory of the village of Draxitik in the Shorja community, on lands belonging to the "Sevan" National Park.
