What Happened in the Sotk Area: Russian Defense Ministry Provides Details

Over the past 24 hours, one violation of the ceasefire regime by Azerbaijani armed forces has been recorded in the Sotk area of the Gegharkunik region, within the responsibility zone of the Russian peacekeeping contingent. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

It was noted that as a result of the incident, one serviceman of the Armenian armed forces was injured.

Under the command of Russian peacekeepers, and in cooperation with the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides, the situation was resolved, and no violations of the contact line were allowed between the parties.
