Beglaryan on Calls from International Leaders

The Minister of State of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, wrote on his Twitter page: "I am astonished as to why international organizations and leaders maintain an artificial neutrality in their calls between the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides, if it is Baku that is initiating military provocations, which have been recorded by both the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense and Russian peacekeeping forces. Such a parity leads to the false legitimization of the use of force," said the Minister of State of Artsakh.
