Artsakh Information Headquarters Issues Statement
As of August 4, at 19:00, the operational-tactical situation along the contact line is relatively stable. No significant violations were recorded during the day. This was reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.
Continuing efforts are being made to de-escalate the situation through the mediation of the command of the Russian peacekeeping forces stationed in Artsakh.
