Babayan on the Situation in Artsakh

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh, David Babayan, stated on his Facebook page that the situation in Artsakh is relatively calm.

“Azerbaijan has not changed its position or policy. It must be clearly understood that both in Artsakh and in the entire world, the situation is complex, and in this case, professionalism and a patriotic approach must be demonstrated. We must remain restrained and as far away from demagogues as possible,” said Babayan.
