Musk's legal team filed a secret counterclaim on Friday in Delaware court, meaning that its contents have not been publicly available yet, but the details of the claim may be released in the near future.

It is worth noting that in late April of this year, it became known that the billionaire expressed his desire to purchase Twitter for approximately $44 billion. The deal was later canceled for undisclosed reasons.
