VIDEO: Fire in One of Moscow's Dormitories Leaves Casualties
A fire has broken out in a dormitory located in the south of Moscow, resulting in the deaths of 8 individuals and injuring 3 others, reports Goryat Moskva.
The fire started on the first floor of the 16-story building. Emergency medical services and firefighters are on the scene.
