Criminal Proceedings Initiated in the Disappearance of a Notable Political Figure's Father

The Investigation Committee has initiated criminal proceedings regarding the disappearance of Grisha Kokobelyan, the father of former MP Khachatur Kokobelyan, at the regional investigative department of Tavush. This was reported by the Investigation Committee.

An investigation is underway to clarify the circumstances of the incident. It has previously been reported that 83-year-old Grisha Kokobelyan had left his home in the village of Achajur and has not returned.

Search efforts yesterday yielded no results until nightfall, and at 21:00, due to darkness and difficult terrain, the search was suspended. Today, on July 28, efforts were resumed early in the morning.
