Turkey believes that Russia will fulfill the conditions of the Istanbul agreement. This statement was made by Turkey's presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalin in an interview with CNN International, as reported by RIA Novosti.

“It will be difficult during the implementation phase; hard work is needed... Despite the absence of embargoes or sanctions, Russian wheat could not be exported for certain reasons, and this agreement also aligns with Russia's interests,” he stated.
