Video: "You need to be removed, oh Matzo, you beast". Vermishyan lost his temper
In the court of general jurisdiction of Yerevan, presided over by Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan, the trial of former head of the urban development committee Vahagn Vermishyan continues. Vahagn Vermishyan's health deteriorated in the courtroom, leading to a temporary recess in the proceedings.
His defense attorney, Alexander Kochubayev, mentioned that the issue was related to cerebral blood circulation.
After the session resumed, Vermishyan called for a moment of silence to honor the memory of Armen Grigoryan, who had recently passed away in the same courtroom. The presiding judge, Mnatsakan Martirosyan, denied this request, deeming it disrespectful to the court and removed Vermishyan from the courtroom for 10 hours.
Vermishyan responded: "You need to be removed, oh Matzo! Anyone named Matzo is a beast! It’s because of such beasts that he became a martyr. They should be put on trial, including the Prosecutor General, that greatest liar who is called a traitor by the entire nation."
Mnatsakan Martirosyan left the courtroom, after which the attendees stood up to honor Grigoryan's memory, who had died in the same courtroom under the same judge's presidency.
