Police Officers Discover Unconscious Woman on Ground While Returning Home from Work

Today, July 25, an extraordinary incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 09:00, police officers Edgar Arakelyan, Sos Serobyan, and Azat Hakobyan, while returning home from their night duty, heard the voice of a woman in the Arabkir administrative district on Aved Avedisyan Street. The officers approached the sound and discovered a woman lying helpless on the ground.

The woman informed the officers that she had fallen about 30 minutes ago, had injured her leg, and was unable to move. The officers provided first aid, stabilizing her injured leg. Meanwhile, the deputy commander of the squad called for an ambulance.

A medical response team arrived promptly, and in keeping with Hippocrates' oath, administered first aid to the woman before transporting her to the Izmirlian Medical Center. According to G. Shamshyan's reports, the woman who was taken to the hospital is a 64-year-old resident of Yerevan named Melanya M.
