Istanbul Agreements Do Not Hinder Special Operation in Ukraine: Lavrov

The obligations of the Istanbul grain agreements do not prohibit the continuation of the special operation in Ukraine. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, as reported by TASS.

“The grain terminal in the port of Odesa is located a significant distance from the military area. According to the agreements signed in Istanbul, there are no obstacles to grain supplies, and we have not created any,” added the Russian Foreign Minister.
