Peymanpak emphasized the importance of cooperation with Armenia, mentioning that a competition is being held for the construction of the Sisian road, with the participation of major Iranian companies. He noted that due to their experience in building tunnels and bridges, this cooperation is of great significance.
According to him, the Sisian road is strategic as it provides Iran with access to Russia and Georgia and could serve as a good alternative to Azerbaijan.
