Washington Disagrees with Kyiv's Statements

Washington disagrees with Kyiv's statements that it is not receiving sufficient military support. This conviction was expressed by Jake Sullivan, the U.S. President's National Security Advisor.

According to him, the U.S. sometimes refrains from supplying specific types of weapons because it wants to avoid World War III.

John Kirby, the National Security Council's Coordinator for Strategic Communications, also reported that President Biden has ordered additional military assistance for Ukraine. This assistance specifically includes HIMARS multiple rocket systems and drones.

Kirby indicated that the value of this new package is estimated at around $270 million, and since the beginning of Joe Biden's administration, the security assistance provided to Kyiv has amounted to $8.2 billion.
