Damaged Roof in Yerevan Due to Strong Winds
On July 22, at 17:57, the National Center for Crisis Management received a report that due to strong winds, the metal cover of the roof of building number 1 on Teryan Street in Yerevan had loosened and was hanging, posing a danger of falling. Assistance from rescuers was required.
A rescue team from the Special Rescue Operations Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. The rescuers secured the loosened metal sheets of the roof (18 square meters) with their fasteners and dismantled the hanging sheets (24 square meters).
