David Babayan Makes a Statement

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh, David Babayan, has made a statement regarding Artsakh: “Artsakh is severely wounded, and its 'recovery' is a top priority for the entire Armenian nation. The future of the whole Armenian people depends on the fate of Artsakh. Artsakh stands before existential threats, but despite all dangers and difficulties, there are all possibilities to save the country and ensure its secure future. This requires a patriotic and professional approach not only to work but to life in general.”
