3-Year-Old Child Missing
On July 24, at 13:48, the Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center received a report that a 3-year-old child had gone missing in the village of Hankavan.
A firefighting and rescue team from the Emergency Situations Ministry's regional rescue department was dispatched to the scene.
