US Intelligence Director on Putin's Health

“Russian President Vladimir Putin is completely healthy,” stated William Burns, the Director of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), during his speech at the annual Aspen Institute conference in Colorado on Wednesday.

“There are many discussions about President Putin's health. As far as we can tell, he is completely healthy. This is not an official intelligence assessment,” Burns' remarks were quoted by the TASS news agency.
