There is No Alternative to the Regulation of Relations Between Azerbaijan and Armenia: Bayramov

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, spoke about the important role of the EU in the regulation of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

“There is no alternative to the regulation of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia. At the same time, it must be based on mutual respect and recognition of each other's territorial integrity within internationally recognized borders. The EU plays an important role in the post-conflict period. We welcome Charles Michel's efforts aimed at regulating the relations between the two countries. We thank the EU for the three meetings of the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia, and the EU to address issues concerning the secure development and prosperity of the South Caucasus,” Bayramov said at a press conference following the EU-Azerbaijan Cooperation Council meeting.
