Video: Mayor of Taldykorgan, Kazakhstan Falls from Wheelchair While Testing Ramps

In Taldykorgan, Kazakhstan, the mayor and a contractor responsible for road construction were seated in wheelchairs to inspect all structures, including ramps designed for individuals with disabilities.
