Video: Italian Police Mistakenly Arrest AC Milan Player, Confusing Him with a Suspect
In Italy, police mistakenly arrested AC Milan player Tiémoué Bakayoko, confusing him with another individual. According to RTVI, while the player was being searched, one of the officers had his friend in their sights.
The law enforcement quickly released the player upon realizing their error. As reported by the outlet, "the expressions on their faces at the end of the video are priceless." Later, the Milan police explained that the player was detained due to his resemblance to a suspect.
"We were looking for a black SUV with two men inside, one of whom was black and wearing a green shirt," they indicated.
Prior to this incident in Milan, a shootout had occurred between Senegalese drug dealers. The event took place on July 3, but has only become widely known now.
