Belarus Tractor Rolls Over into Nearby Ravine

On July 16, at 18:39, the Syunik regional crisis management center received a report that a tractor had overturned in a field near the village of Shaghat, and there is a victim; assistance from rescuers is required.

A firefighting and rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations dispatched one fire engine to the scene. It was found that while conducting agricultural work in a field near the village of Shaghat, a Belarus brand tractor (driver: N.E., born in 1971) rolled over into a nearby ravine, resulting in the driver’s death on the spot.

Rescuers used special equipment to extract the driver’s body from the cabin of the tractor and transported it (approximately 80 meters) to the ambulance.
