What Tragic Incident Occurred at the Defense Ministry's Military Unit, Resulting in the Death of a Medic?

As already reported, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia has just issued a statement indicating that a tragic incident at the Ministry of Defense's military unit has resulted in injuries and the hospitalization of the head medic, contract serviceman, and junior sergeant Kristine Mikayeli Chichyan.

The statement specifically mentions that on July 15, a tragic incident occurred at the Ministry of Defense's military unit, resulting in injuries and hospitalization of the head medic, contract serviceman, and junior sergeant Kristine Mikayeli Chichyan (born in 1985). Despite the efforts of the doctors, Kristine Chichyan passed away on July 16.

An investigation is underway to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident. The Ministry of Defense shares in the heavy sorrow of the loss and expresses its condolences to Kristine Chichyan's family, relatives, and colleagues.
