In Yekaterinburg, a well-known blogger shared a video on Instagram, where they typically offer advice, recipes, and more for mothers. Following the video's dissemination, the Yekaterinburg police have launched an investigation.

The mother had placed her small child, barely one year old, at the wheel and was driving the car.
