Video: Malfunctioning Carousel Spins Children for Over Half an Hour in Stavropol
In Stavropol, Russia, a malfunctioning carousel spun children for more than half an hour without stopping. At the city's amusement park, the broken ride continued for 36 minutes, while employees futilely attempted to shut it down.
Although no injuries were reported, parents of the children are determined to hold those responsible for the prolonged rescue efforts accountable.
