Traffic from Sevan to Yerevan to be Temporarily Routed via Alternative Road
The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that the roads in the territory of Armenia are passable.
From July 13 to 16, inclusive, between 20:00 and 08:00, traffic in the direction from Sevan to Yerevan will be halted on the M-4 interstate highway connecting Yerevan-Sevan-Ijevan-Azerbaijan border due to road repair works. An alternative route via Abovyan-Balahovit-Yerevan will be operational.
Traffic is currently being conducted through one lane with two-way traffic on the M-3 highway section in the Armavir region, in the Lusagyugh-Yeraskhahun part, due to damage to a bridge.
According to information received from the Georgia Ministry of Internal Affairs Emergency Department and the Russia Ministry of Emergency Situations North Ossetia Crisis Management Center, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
