Photos: Golden Palace Hotel Becomes Part of Global Brand Network

Months ago, the sale of the former Golden Palace Hotel in Tsaghkadzor by the state sparked significant discussions. This was noted by Member of Parliament Vagarshak Hakobyan on his Facebook page, indicating that he visited the Golden Palace Hotel yesterday to observe the comprehensive construction work taking place and to familiarize himself in detail with the large-scale constructive efforts and the process of fulfilling the state’s investment obligations, accompanied by Commercial Director Karapet Ter-Hakobyan.

The renowned hotel is now in the phase of restoration and reconstruction. The MP also reported that a contract had been signed months ago with the globally recognized MERCURE brand, making the Golden Palace Hotel part of the MERCURE global network. According to Hakobyan, this marks the significant fact of how important it is to have that brand in our country.

MERCURE belongs to the French Accor Group hotel chain, which is among the top 10 hotel networks in the world in terms of value. The company states that instead of extreme luxury, the owners of the network prefer extreme comfort.
