Temperatures Set to Rise Again

Attention: Due to the influx of tropical warm air currents from the Arabian Peninsula, the air temperature in the republic is expected to rise by another 2-3 degrees from July 11-13.

In the Ararat Valley, the pre-mountainous areas of Aragatsotn and Vayots Dzor, and in Yerevan, daytime temperatures will reach +39…+41 degrees from July 11-16.

Across the republic, from July 11 during the day and from 12-16, dry weather is anticipated. Winds will be coming from the southeast at 2-5 m/s. In Armavir, and the foothills of Aragatsotn and Kotayk, increased wind speeds of 15-20 m/s are expected in the evening hours.

Temperatures are gradually expected to rise by 2-3 degrees from July 11-13.

In Yerevan, dry weather is also anticipated from July 11 during the day and from 12-16. In the evening hours, wind speeds of 15-18 m/s are expected.
