Major Car Accident in Ararat Province: Mercedes Collides with GAZ 53, 6 Injured Including Children

Today, July 11, a major car accident occurred in Ararat Province. Around 18:15, vehicles of the Mercedes and GAZ 53 models collided on the 42nd km of the Yerevan-Yeraskh highway.

According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, six people, including children, were transported to the "Ararat" medical center with various degrees of bodily injuries. Witnesses and an emergency medical team from the "Ararat" medical center provided first aid on site before the injured were taken to the hospital.

Rescuers have cordoned off the vehicles, and two of the injured were assisted to the ambulance. The police and investigative department are working to identify the drivers and injured parties.
