Attempt to Throw Bottle into Artik Penitentiary Area Ends with It Stuck on Barbed Wire

On July 10, at around 12:10 PM, security personnel from the Armenian Ministry of Justice's Artik penitentiary observed a suspicious polyethylene bottle stuck on the barbed wire of a concealed wall during a routine patrol.

The officers reported the attempted smuggling incident, prompting the security department to take immediate action. They apprehended a former inmate of the Artik penitentiary who had attempted to toss the bottle into the facility.

A subsequent inspection revealed that the polyethylene bottle contained five mobile phones, charging devices, and headphones.
