Emergency Incident in Yerevan: Fire Breaks Out in Food Outlet Area

Today, July 10, a fire incident occurred in Yerevan. At approximately 05:35, the emergency situation ministry's 911 crisis management center received a call from an unknown citizen, who reported smoke near the "Converse Bank" at Nzhdeh Square.

According to shamshyan.com, a firefighting unit from the number 2 fire brigade promptly arrived on the scene. It was determined that the fire had broken out in the rear area of a food outlet located at 13 Bagratuniats Avenue. Firefighters first prevented the spread of the flames and then extinguished the fire.

Representatives from "Gazprom Armenia" and "Armenia Electric Networks" also arrived rapidly. Firefighters managed to isolate the fire before extinguishing it, but a cabinet and a refrigerator belonging to the food outlet were completely burnt.
