GAZ-24 Vehicle Crashes into Tree, 21-Year-Old Driver Found Dead at the Wheel

On July 9 at 08:30, there was a report from the Karmir Shuka division of the Martuni regional police about a traffic accident on the Sos-Jartarr road. This information was provided by the police of the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Emergency services and an operational team from the Investigation Committee were dispatched to the scene. It was found that at approximately 08:30, a GAZ-24 vehicle had veered off the roadway and crashed into a tree at the 23rd kilometer of the Martuni-Jartar-Karmir Shuka road. The body of 21-year-old K. M., a resident of the village of Sos, was discovered at the wheel.

Rescue workers used technical equipment to extract the body from the vehicle and transported it to the forensic examination bureau. A forensic examination of the body has been scheduled. The investigation is being carried out by the Martuni regional police.
