What Caused the Explosion at Unibank? Bank Cleaner Has Died

As we reported earlier, at 09:07 today, a call was received at the Aragatsotn regional crisis management center regarding an explosion with a fire outbreak at one of the banks in the city of Ashtarak. According to the data provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, there is one fatality and five injured individuals. The injured have been hospitalized at the Ashtarak medical center.

According to Auroranews, the cause of the explosion was a gas cylinder. Our sources report that the bank cleaner has died. The fire was contained by 09:25.
