Tragic Incident in Yerevan: Body of 56-Year-Old German Found in ‘Erebuni’ Hotel

The Investigative Committee of Armenia’s Yerevan City has initiated a criminal proceeding following the discovery of a man's body at the ‘Erebuni’ hotel complex located at 26 Vazgen Sargsyan Street on July 8.

According to shamshyan.com, at around 9:25 AM, an emergency call was made from the ‘Center’ outpost of the ambulance service to the central police department, reporting that they had responded to a call at the mentioned hotel where a man’s body had been found.

Police and investigators established that the deceased was 56-year-old Thomas E., a citizen of the Federal Republic of Germany. According to the preliminary conclusion of the forensic expert, no signs of violence were discovered on the body. A forensic examination has been ordered.
