Where the Statue of Jesus Christ Will Be Installed: Pashinyan Addresses the Project

During a government session, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed the construction of a statue of Jesus Christ. He stated, “As you know, the Multi Group company has initiated the construction of a statue of Jesus Christ on Mount Hatis. The relevant documents have been submitted to the government, and the government bodies need to discuss and make a decision. Our preliminary assessment of the project is positive because it will be of considerable tourist significance for Armenia. I hope that our bodies will discuss the issue in a timely manner. The appropriate administrative decisions will be made, and the process will move forward,” Pashinyan said.
