Lada Crashes into Rule-Breaking ZIL 130 Near 'Parkovnik' Object

A major traffic accident occurred in the Kotayk region today, July 4. Around 08:30, on the 23 km section of the Yerevan-Sevan highway, in front of the well-known 'Parkovnik' object, a collision took place between a ZIL 130 truck and a VAZ 21010 vehicle.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan from the scene, three individuals were injured in the accident. They were first aided by bystanders and then received emergency medical assistance from doctors who arrived swiftly from Abovyan hospital. Subsequently, they were transferred to the 'Abovyan' medical center.

Preliminary reports indicate that the driver of the ZIL was responsible for the accident, as he attempted to make a turn in an unauthorized area, creating a dangerous situation for the driver of the Lada, which led to the crash.
