The Armenian-Turkish border has been opened for citizens of third countries. This was reported on Telegram by Arsen Babayan, a member of the "Homeland" party council.

"It is now a fact that the threshold for recognizing the Genocide has been lowered. Moreover, this issue has been completely removed from our foreign policy agenda. By the way, nothing has been said about such a demand directed to us by the international community," Babayan wrote.
