Meanwhile, Saghatelyan has been absent for 198 out of 342 votes conducted from January 17 to June 29, 2022. According to the rules of procedure, Deputy Presidents of the National Assembly are required to participate in the sessions of the National Assembly Council, which means that attendance is directly their responsibility.
