Opposition Will Not Attend Parliament: 'Zhoghovourd'
According to the 'Zhoghovourd' newspaper, the organizers of the 'Resistance' movement have announced that the opposition's next rally will take place tomorrow, on July 1. During this event, the leaders of the movement are expected to address Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statements regarding the transfer of Berdzor and Agavno to Azerbaijani control.
It is difficult to predict the consequences of these statements or what actions the opposition will take after the rally. However, according to information from 'Zhoghovourd', they plan not only to abstain from parliamentary sessions in the near future but also during the next session of the National Assembly in September. This information was confirmed in a conversation with Gegham Manukyan, an MP from the 'Armenia' faction, who stated, 'We will only attend parliament with our own agenda.'
