What Changes Will There Be for Armenian Citizens with National Driver's Licenses in Russia?

On Wednesday, the State Duma approved a bill in its first reading that aims to recognize the national driver’s licenses of Armenian citizens in the Russian Federation for conducting business and work activities, ТАСС reports.

“The planned amendments intend to recognize the national driver’s licenses of citizens of the Republic of Armenia in the territory of the Russian Federation for the implementation of business and work activities related to driving vehicles,” the explanatory note states.
