Azerbaijan Does Not Settle the Territories Under Its Control: 'Hraparak'

'Hraparak' newspaper reports that Azerbaijan has not yet settled the territories that came under its control as a result of the 44-day war. Locals from Artsakh say that almost everywhere, including in Hadrut and Shushi, extensive construction work is underway, roads are being built, and an airport is under construction in Fizuli, with military bases and barracks being established in almost all regions. However, there is no settlement of ordinary residents.

Only military personnel are stationed there, while some areas, like Shushi, have become a tourist zone for Azerbaijanis. According to information from Azerbaijani open sources, Aliyev is primarily concerned with the issues of demarcation and delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, after which they will begin settling the regions.
