Red Cross Representatives Visit Armenian Detainees in Baku

Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have visited Armenians held in Azerbaijan from their Baku office. During their latest visit in June, ICRC representatives assisted the detainees in establishing contact with their families through letters, phone calls, and video messages.
