Cavushoglu Talks About the Opening of the 'Zangezur Corridor'

In Baku, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavushoglu stated that Turkey supports the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan and is looking forward to the "opening of the Zangezur corridor." This was reported by Azerbaijani media.

"The Zangezur corridor should establish a connection between the western regions of Azerbaijan in a short time," he declared.

It is noted that the Armenian authorities have announced that the trilateral statements by the presidents of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan do not provide for any corridor through the sovereign territory of our country.
