Accident Involving MoD KamAZ in Syunik: 1 Soldier Dead, 4 Hospitalized

A major and tragic traffic accident occurred in the Syunik region. A collision between a Mercedes vehicle and a KamAZ truck belonging to the Ministry of Defense took place in the administrative territory of the village of Tzghuk along the Yerevan-Meghri highway under still unknown circumstances. As a result of the accident, one contract soldier was killed on the spot, and four others with varying degrees of bodily injuries were transported to the Sisian military hospital. The police are investigating the identities of the drivers, the deceased, and the injured.
