A Prominent Businessman Has Been Killed in Georgia

Today evening, Georgian businessman Levan Kacharava was murdered. This was reported by the "Rustavi-2" television company.

According to the data from the "Mtavari Arkhi" television channel, the businessman was shot inside his vehicle. It has been reported that around 20 bullets were fired at him.

Kacharava is one of the founders of the Silk Road Group investment company, which owns the largest fixed-line telecommunications, cable television, broadband access, and IPTV provider in Georgia, Silknet, as well as the Geocell mobile network in Georgia. The businessman has also been involved in various projects in other fields.
